NET WORTH
Recently, Glenn Robinson, the number one National Basketball Association draft choice, signed a contract worth 68.15 million dollars with the Milwaukee Bucks. The contract is guaranteed which means, even if he should sustain a career ending injury, Mr. Robinson will receive the entire 68.15 million dollars. In his first game as an NBA player he scored eight points. This translates into 8.5 million dollars per point. As outrageous a cost as that may be, God paid an infinitely greater price for our redemption and he did so willingly and lovingly — and yet we were not worth the price. (1 Peter 1:18- 19).
