DEPTH OF GOD’S LOVE
There’s an event that took place that scared a young couple in our church yet expresses God’s love for us and God’s willingness to come to our rescue. It was the rainy season one spring. Mark and Judy and their children, two year old Blake and his five year old sister Annie were at a function out at Ft. Parker, State Park. There had been so much rain, that the water was twelve to eighteen inches above the concrete retaining wall that marked the end of the lake. The kids were all out wading in the water being kids on a hot summer day. Mark and Judy were both watching them as they talked and visited with friends.
