BABY OR MOOSE
At a wedding rehearsal dinner Grandpa and his grandson Kyle were working one of those find-and-circle-the-word puzzles for children. Kyle was a pre-reader. But Grandpa was trying to help Kyle spell and pronounce the words. Grandpa wasn’t having much luck. He asked, “Okay now what sound does “B” make. What sound does “A” make? And what sound does “Y” make? Okay, now put them all together and what does “B – A – B – Y” spell?” Kyle smiled real big and said, “Moose!”
