JUDGED BY HIS OWN HAND
It was Christmas time and the house was filled to the seams with family and friends. Tyler, a six year old, had received a plastic “HE-MAN” sword and he was running around the house waving it. Tyler then came up to his brother who was sitting at the kitchen table and for some reason he decided to hit him with his sword. As he raised the sword and started to bring it down upon his brother’s head, he didn’t notice how high the back of the chair was that stood between them. So, as he was bringing the sword down to hit his brother, he hit his own hand on the back of the chair before he even got close to his intended target. The howl that resulted from walloping his hand was incredible. Tyler was in pain. Immediately the tears flowed like rivers, but despite his obvious discomfort he received no pity.
