TOO MUCH CREDIT
It was time for the wedding. The groom was there. The minister was there. The best man was there. The organist was there. The father was preparing to escort his daughter, the bride, down the aisle. But he does not. The best man went to see what was causing the delay. He returned a few minutes later with an unexpected announcement: “The wedding has been canceled.” The shocked crowd demanded an explanation. The best man responded, “The bride won’t give her father his credit cards back.”
