WHO GETS THE OFFERING?
My young son decided I needed to purchase a new pickup truck. I explained that we couldn’t afford such a purchase at this time. “But I saw Mrs. Swartz give you your paycheck the other day and I know you have some money.” I explained we had other bills to pay with the paycheck. He innocently replied, “Well, what about the offering they take up on Sunday morning, Dad?
