I WISH CARDS
I believe that one of the greatest challenges in church ministry today is for us to establish and maintain adequate channels of communication between leadership and the flock, so that we can better link resources and needs. One effective tool that our leadership team has developed, is a variation of the “I Wish” card that many churches already have. We keep a good stock of these in the pew racks, and they have served as one more vehicle for our folks to use to communicate needs, decisions, or prayer concerns.
