GOD’S UNCHANGING IMAGE IN MAN
While staying with the thought of the civilized nature of these early human beings, note with me please that archaeologists have discovered a palace on the Island of Crete which dates back to the earliest period after the flood. This place is spread out over four acres of ground. It has splendid halls, corridors, living rooms, throne rooms, treasure rooms, and more. The carvings that have been found there depict the brilliant life of the lords and ladies of the court. The bathrooms that were discovered are especially amazing. They have a drainage system that was superior to anything found in Europe until the nineteenth century. The pipes could be flushed and they even had manholes which allowed inspection and repair. When God created man, His creation was very good. Early man had intellect, the capacity for growth, and skills which were quite advanced.
