“We are going to have a feast… he was lost and is found” (Luke 15:24).
There is the story of a man who had an inordinate liking for the color yellow. Everything around him had to be yellow: the outside of his house was painted yellow. Everything inside was yellow, too: the carpets, the walls, the ceilings, the curtains, the bedspreads, the kitchen appliances — all were yellow. Even his pajamas were yellow. Then one day the man became ill with yellow jaundice. The doctor came to the house and went into the bedroom to examine the patient. When the doctor came out, the man’s wife asked, “How is he?” “I don’t know,” said the doctor, “I can’t find him.”
