Jesse and Nettie Miller, in their missions letter, tell about a new worker with Cadence International. This missions worker, Alex Jeruchik, fled from Russia as a youth to Argentina to escape oppression. He had lost contact with his grandparents who remained in Russia. While in Argentina, Alex became a Christian and attended Bible college. For several years he broadcast by radio in the Russian language the Through The Bible Studies that originated by the late J. Vernon McGee. He used the pseudonym of ZACHARIAS during his broadcasts. He more recently joined Cadence International to evangelize the Russian military. Upon his return to Russia as a missionary, he returned to the small village where his grandparents lived. He was taken to his grandmother’s house and was reunited with her.
