A child in Sunday School heard the story of the Prodigal Son for the first time. “In the midst of all the celebration for the prodigal son,” said the teacher, “there was one for whom the feast brought no joy, only bitterness. Can you tell me who it was?”
“The fatted calf?” suggested an unhappy little voice.
