There is a wonderful story about a tiger. The mother and father tiger had been killed and the baby was brought up with a herd of goats. Growing up as a goat, he even learned how to munch grass, though he didn’t really like grass. And he learned how to knock his head against the goats and play other kinds of goat games. But something inside that tiger kept saying to him, in effect, “You’re not a goat, you know, you’re not a goat. There is something wrong with the way you’re living.” But he didn’t understand that and there was no way that he could respond to it.
