Someday is the day to take the whole family to a museum or a zoo. Someday is the day to pull a reclining chair into the yard and just sit there doing nothing. Someday is the day to sit down with books about the stars and really learn something about them — or about insects, or about rocks. In order to make “Someday Week” truly effective, however, Congress will have to declare a national holiday, so everyone will have time to devote to “someday” projects. “Someday Week” would not be without its impact on the economy; what with all the “someday” books waiting to be read, the “someday”…
