Sleep | Aging | Restlessness

“…we should not go on sleeping, as everyone does, but stay wide awake and sober” (I Thessalonians 5:6).

An old mountaineer was undergoing a physical examination. “Have you been sleeping

well lately?” the doctor asked. The old fellow thought for a moment, then replied, “I
sleep real good nights, and pretty good mornings, but afternoons I just toss and turn.
