“You are the salt of the earth…you are the light of the world,” Jesus says to His followers in today’s Gospel Lesson (Mt. 5:13,14). “Let your light so shine before men,” He says, “that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in Heaven” (Mt. 5:15).
