No Bull — A Call to Repentance

What is the true meaning of repentance?

In late August of this year, a story was reported by most major news services, which was literally — a load of bull! At 10:00 a.m. on August 30th, police in Norfolk, Nebraska, responded to a call reporting a man traveling down Highway 275 with an unexpected passenger: a Watusi bull in his front seat.

The police Captain explained, “We received a call about a vehicle entering town with a cow inside, initially assuming it would be a small calf that could fit in the car.” Surprisingly, the car was transporting a one-ton bull. It may be hard to picture, but the modified Ford sedan had the entire passenger side of the windshield and roof cut away, and a gate was attached to the door to keep the bull in place. The massive animal’s back and head protruded about three feet above the roof, and the bull’s horns spanned a full eight feet. Now, that’s what I call…
